Dear Mitchell family:
Well, here goes! We have had some good new and some not so happy news!
Our dear Donna Lynn's husband ended up in the hospital and recieved a 5 part bypass. He is home now and getting alot of tender care by his little wife. Donna says, it has been a real wake up call and they are turning their entire life around and learning alot of new ways. This getting older, is a tough way to navigate life and a real challenge. It reminds me of the story about the little old lady, who wanted to be buried with a spoon in her hand. When asked as to why...she said that when she was a little girl , after the meal was over...her Dad said..."keep your spoon...the best is yet to come!" I'm holding out for that myself!.

Lara and Jessie Curtis (Leslie Shepherd's) daughter's husband's father died and Jessie and children were able to come home for the funeral. Jessie spoke at it. Leslie and Sara and Ivan were able to attend also. He was a wonderful man and such a noble example. He will be missed. Difficult to lose your Father. Our hearts go out to you. Know we love you.

Michael Hansen and his wife are here from Brazil and visiting all their families...they are in Las Vegas now. Hoping to see you Mike....

We sure have alot of newlyweds...Cameron and Kristina Williams(Rachel E.)Amy and Jeff Andrews, living in Simi California...Evertt Shell and his wife are tying the knot in the Dalla, Temple and Tiffany and her husband in Tennessee.
Anyway, Cupid has been mighty good to the Mitchell's.
